The success and the failure of the business organization is totally depends on the performance level of the employee. An organization can do better if they have got well-motivated team and skilled human resources. An individual who is working in a company can perform better if he/she got the knowledge about the work in which they are involved in the organization. In this particular essay Assignment, I am going to provide an argumentative and resourceful over this topic. Human resource management is a crucial part of each organization and this helps a business organization to improve the overall performance level of the company. A human resource manager generally adopts different techniques and effective strategies to assess the performance excellence of the employees. In order to motivate the employees the business organization mainly encourages the employees by giving awards, bonuses, and recognition. The performance of the employees is like alitmus test for survival in the market; high performing employees of the company generally provide greater efforts and contribute superior performance for the company. In order to enhance the market share of the company, the business organization need to encourage and motivation the employee in an effective way. Job Description: An employee who is going to work for a position in a company must know the job role and the work culture in the company. The organizational culture is an important factor in order to boost the performance level of the employees. A job description contains the entire valuable and important arguments related to the work in which the employee is going to engage with, a high performing organization must recognize these aspects and should address these issue relating to the performance of the employee by providing a well-described job description about the job. Job description includes the job role, responsibilities and the work pattern to the employee in the organization. It also describes and enlists the skill set which is required from the employee for the completion of the job in the organization. In order to deliver the best performance level, the employees need to have few specific skills and knowledge (Puckett 2015). Job role description and the Job responsibility help an employee to understand the job. According to Puckett (2015) the job description might be used to describe the specification, which is required for a particular job and it also includes the position under which the employee has to work. Employee performance is an essential thing for every organization as it helps the organization to achieve the greater target in an efficient way. Every employee is an asset for the company as based on their performance and the productivity level the company can more largely spread its business in the market. It all starts with the recruitment process to the training period. An employee must be aware of the working culture in the company as well as the skill sets, which are required for the specific job role. Performance is on e of the crucial thing for the business organization. There are several parameters based on which the business organization assess the performance level of the employees. In order to deliver their best performance, at first the individual employees needs to understand the exact job role, which they need to perform within the organization. We know that a job description generally outlines the necessary and required training and skills, which are required to perform the specific role in the company. It also provides thorough detailing of the duties and responsibilities, which he or she has to perform in the company. Both the employees and the company heavity expects from ecah other. The job description helps an employee to understand in what circumstances they have to work in the organization. This is also an important aspect of the companys human resource department, as this will address different issues, which are needed by the company. There are several issues or challenges which the individual employee can face in their specific job role. In order to overcome the challenges, the human resource needs to provide proper training and development to the employees. This will directly help the company to enhance the performance level and the skills of the employees. It will additionally, help the company to achieve every sort of organizational goal. Job role helps a company to decide the standardized compensation for the employees, which will include the maximum and minimum amount for each position. The company manager as a baseline for the recognition can use this and rewards system, as we know employee recognition and the awards system help a company to enhance the employee performance. The managers of the company or the project manager can make it a baseline for the performance evaluation and recognize the employees who have worked as per the expectation. As per the final result or the outcome, the business organization can assess the individual performance level within the organization. The Job role description can be found in each of the job advertisements; this provides an insight into the company works and its work culture in the organization. In case of Google Inc., the job description of the company provides two main aspects, which are responsibilities and requirement. Once a candidate read out the job description, he/she will be able to understand the job responsibly the requirement that is needed (Rosen 2011). The employees are the main pillars of the business organization. In the present scenario, the competition level has immensely increased among different business organizations in the market. The performance of the employees plays a significant role in each and every organization. The management team plays an important role to retain the employees in the business organization. Through effective performance management both the employees and the management works coordinately to meet the organizational objectives and goals. (Puckett 2015). It includes the activities, which they ensure that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Several effective strategies are being adopted by the business organization in order to mange the performance level of the employees in the business organization. Employee Performance management is a process for establishing a shared workforce and understanding about what is to be achieved at the level of the organization. The main goal of the performance management is the improvement, development plans and learning in order to achieve the overall business strategy and create a high performance of the workforce (Guskey 2000). In order to recognize the employees, the management mainly assesses their performance level and the behavior of the individual with other subordinates. The performance level of the employees is directly linked with the organizational goal and objectives. The future of the business organization is solely depended on the performance level of the employees. . Then comes the benefit which is another type of reward system of the company and the employee mainly focus on the benefit which is provided by the company. In order to retain the large numbers of employees, the business organization needs to provide certain effective benefits to the employees. This will indirectly help the company to increase the performance level of the employee. It also decreases the risk of absentees of the employee and also the decreased risk of employee security. If the employee will be rewarded for their work, the employee will also think to remain in the same company as they are been appreciated for their work. This will also increase the willingness of the work of the employee (Donald 2006). It not only increases the performance of the work but at the same time it also helps to make a good relation with the employee and the owner of the company. Both the management and employees work in a cooperative approach to achieve the organizational goal. On the other hand, it also helps to enhance the employee engagement within the business organization. The employee should know the appropriate way to build a good relationship with the owner of the company and owner should also know how to keep the relationship in a better way. The behavior should be nice and should follow the ethics then only the person will be liable to the owner and sometimes the employee has been awarded or appreciated because of the behavior. So the behavior and performance both play an important role in the performance management (Podmoroff 2005). Every company gives some reward, benefit, appreciation or recognition to the employee for their performance. The company provides reward so that employee performs as per their expectation. In order to maintain the competition level, the business organization need to much focus on the performance management. Companies provide the reward, benefit, or recognition to the employee to have their own profit because all this system helps the company to maintain or increase their work performance of the employee and increase the profit of the company. As the greater performance, there will be a greater profit. Nowadays companies are basically recognizing the needs of the co-operation and a healthy relationship between the employees and with the managers. The job role description and the performance of the employee are interrelated, as a job role provides the insights about the work and the work culture within the organization the company. A more comprehensive and detailed job description helps an employee to build a good relationship with the Organizational management and with the employees. A job description provides the work culture inside a company; the term and conditions which are related to the company are also mentioned in the job description as well. When an employee performs as per the baseline which is setup by the manager in the company, the individual gets benefits and rewards which motivate the employee. The job description follows the responsibilities and requirements which are related to the work culture of the company. Once employees understand the work culture and about the work, they can perform effectively in the organization. The job description also provides the baseline for the performance required by the organization, as the employee performs as per the requirements he/she will be rewarded for the work. This helps create a competitive work environment in the organization where each employee tends to perform better so that they can fulfill the expectation of the company (Becker and Gerhart 2012). Any kind of misbehavior within management and employees can create an adverse effect on the performance level of the employees. It directly creates an huge barrier in between the employees and its other subordinates. Employee performance is an essential thing for every organization as this help the organization to achieve the greater target. Every employee is an asset for the company as they are directly involved with the company Goals so a company must focus on increasing the employees performance. Other than this, the relationship is also important part, which helps the organization to run in better condition. If the relationship between the employee and management is not good then it affects the organization, because if one employee leaves the company the workload wills increases. This implies that persons who are sensitively stable and conscientious are less likely to withhold effort or steal, whereas the person who is pleasant is less likely to be hostile to their colleagues. These could be termed as the challenges which may impact the overall success of the process. A company must accept these challenges and works towards it so that they can track the employee performance and enhance the individual performance. Proper management by the managers can make it successful, while addressing all the issues related with it will help the organization (cook 2001). Conclusion The main aim of this assignment is to draw the attention, how to improve the work performance of the employees and how to improve the overall situation in the business organization. The elementary things are is a job description, performance of the employee or the behavior of the employee. Employee performance is an essential thing for every organization as this help the organization to achieve the greater target in an effective way. Every employee is an asset for the company as they are directly involved with the company goals. In this case, the company must focus on increasing the employees performance. Other than this, the relationship is also important part, which helps the organization to run in better condition. If the relationship between the employee and management is not good then it affects the organization-working environment and productivity, because if one employee leaves the companies the workload will increase and overall it will create an adverse impact on the performance of the employee. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the company owner to have a good relation with their employee so the employee does not leave the company. All this are the important factor to have a better organization. The main aim of this assignment is to draw the attention, how to improve the work performance of the employee or how to have a better organization. To have a better performance the main thing in which the organization is needed to focus is a job description, performance of the employee or the behavior of the employee. To have a better employee performance or have greater profit to the company, the company owner should provide some reward or reorganization to the employee for their work performance. If the employee will be awarded for their work then they will work more and also in a better way which will bring profit to the company.
